wedBooker is an online marketplace helping wedding couples to efficiently book professional,vetted and talented Suppliers and Venues around Australia. wedBooker is Australia’s first end-to-end platform for Couples to search trusted and reviewed wedding businesses, compare quotes, make bookings and securely pay all in the one place.

1. Trusted Network of Suppliers & Venues - wedBooker Venues and Suppliers are pre-vetted and verified to ensure Couples are securing professional suppliers and venues for their big day. Our integrated review system provides Couples with the information they need to confidently book their Wedding team.

2. Compare Quotes All In One Place - wedBooker's planning dashboard makes it easy for couples to compare quotes, and choose the Suppliers and Venues that are most suited to their wedding. We want to help Couples reduce the admin in the lead up to their big day,  choose quotes that are suited to their budget and feel confident in the suppliers and venues they are booking.

Don’t know where to start? Tell us what you need for your wedding day. Whether you're looking for a florist, a photographer, a venue or something else entirely, use our quick and easy template to post a job detailing the service you require, and we will notify the most suitable businesses in our professional network of suppliers and venues to quote on your work. You can then compare the quotes your receive in your wedBooker planning dashboard, communicate with the businesses you’re most interested in, and then confirm and pay for the business(es) you choose to book. Otherwise, if you’d prefer to get quotes from only your own hand-picked businesses, you can search our Suppliers & Venues, and request quotes directly from the ones you like best. You will still be able to use our quick and easy templates to request these quotes.

No, wedBooker doesn't charge Couples anything to book on our platform. It is completely free for couples to use our booking services.

wedBooker’s inbuilt messaging system makes it easier to communicate with the Suppliers and Venues you book, all in the one place rather than having messages in email, phone inbox, Instagram threads and so on! You will be notified when you have new messages in your inbox via email.
When you select a quote that you are happy with, simply checkout using your payment method of choice via our secure payment platform (powered by Assembly Payments). Your invoice will then be saved into your dashboard alongside other bookings and invoices so you can easily track your budget.
The booking will be saved to your dashboard. You can then communicate with your Supplier or Venue via wedBooker’s inbuilt messaging system and begin planning your big day!
Contact hello@wedbooker.com immediately if your Supplier or Venue cancels on you.  wedBooker will prioritise finding a replacement service provider.  In terms of a refund, if a deposit or final payment has been paid then the Supplier will be required to return this to you in accordance with wedBooker’s Terms and Conditions.
Once you have had your perfect day, we will prompt you to leave a review to help other Couples plan their day.

We recommend that you reach out to the Supplier or Venue that you have booked to let them know why you'd like to cancel the booking, using our in-dashboard messenger system. Please note in accordance with wedBooker's Terms and Conditions, once a deposit has been paid for a booking it is at the Supplier/Venue's discretion whether to refund the deposit. Once discussed with the Supplier/Venue and you are sure that you'd like to cancel the booking, you can then go to the Confirmed Bookings tab in your dashboard, and select "Cancel Booking / Request Refund" for that booking. We will then help to process the cancellation as long as it meets the requirements of wedBooker's Terms and Conditions.

List your business for FREE. Join wedBooker, create your business profile and start advertising your services for free. Let us know what you specialise in, and which locations you're looking for work in, so we can automatically notify you of jobs that are suited to your business. 

Quote on jobs for FREE. For jobs that suit your availability, you can quickly and easily submit a quote to the Couple using our easy quoting templates. Using our business planner, you can track the status of any jobs you've quoted on, to see if they've been accepted. 

Confirm bookings & get paid. When a Couple accepts your quote, they'll make payment on your invoice into your nominated bank account, using our secure payment gateway. If there is a remaining balance to be paid, we'll send them a reminder according to your payment terms, so that you don't need to be chasing invoices. 

Get reviewed & grow your business. We want you to be rewarded for the amazing work you do. Our rating system allows Couples that have booked your services to leave honest reviews after their big day for future Couples. By growing your wedBooker star rating, you can secure more work and grow your business.


There is no cost to advertise your business, quote on jobs or book work with wedBooker. We simply take a small fee for bookings that you win. You can read about this Fee here. There are no other hidden fees and no lock in period. 

No, there is no lock in period with wedBooker. You can advertise with us for free, for as long as you'd like. If you no longer find wedBooker helpful, you can cancel your account at any time.


You can apply to list your business with wedBooker here - it takes less than 2 minutes. We will then get in touch as soon as possible to let you know if your application has been successful. 


Whilst the big day is the focus, wedBooker caters to engagement parties, hens, kitchen teas, welcome dinners and recoveries. Really all the events that make up a couples journey from the proposal to I-Do!


When a Couple accepts your quote, an invoice will automatically be generated (unless the couple requests any changes). They will then be directed to pay in accordance with your invoice. When you supply the quote, you will determine the deposit and balance amounts and due dates. We will notify you once they have paid the deposit and/or balance, and payment should be in your bank account within 2 working days. 


Whether you’re a venue, a florist, a photographer, a makeup artist, provide furniture for high, are a fireworks company, a wedding planner or any other provider of wedding related services, wedBooker endeavours to help Couples book the services of all suppliers required for their wedding events. If your category isn’t listed, you can get in touch with us at hello@wedbooker.com to see if we can list your business. 


Whilst we welcome businesses of all sizes and experience to apply, wedBooker is a professional and curated platform and unfortunately we are only able to approve businesses that at the stage of application meet our requirements. We will review your profile within 24 hours and let you know of the outcome. If your profile is not approved in the first instance, we do welcome you to reapply in the future. If approved, your profile will be immediately live on wedBooker.

  3. Be sure to upload any professional photos you have that showcase your work (if you would like assistance with professional photos, we can arrange a photographer for a small fee)
  4.  The more work you win, the more reviews you will get so get quoting.

We will notify you of jobs suited to your profile in your dashboard and via email. You can also visit the find work page (viewable when logged into your account) to search jobs that work for you.

Simply click “Quote on Job” and it will take you to an easy quoting template for you to complete.

It will be sent directly to the couple for their review. You will be notified when they accept or decline your quote. They may also contact you via wedBooker’s instant messaging system to discuss your quote further. All quotes will be saved in your Dashboard for easy tracking.


We will notify you in your dashboard and via email.

When you complete work on wedBooker we will encourage Couples to leave you a review. Your business will also be able to invite 2 previous couples to provide a review to get your star rating up and running.

Use wedBooker’s integrated messaging system so all your messages are saved in the one place and linked to the applicable job.
All invoices are saved in your dashboard under “payments”.
Go to your “payment settings” in your dashboard.

Unfortunately we cannot list all Suppliers and Venues. We have a pre-vetting process to ensure the integrity of our professional community.
Yes, simply click “edit profile” in your dashboard. We are always on hand to assist you to build and improve your profile so you can access more work. The best profiles have a strong description, professional photos and even a video!
This will depend on the service you are providing. We encourage you to seek advice from an insurance broker to ensure you are covered.
Not a problem, we can help you out! Contact our team by emailing hello@wedbooker.com and we will arrange for a photographer to come and visit you for a small fee to get photos you can use not only on wedBooker but on your own website and marketing material.
wedBooker allows businesses to invite 2 previous couples to provide a review to get them started.  From then on, businesses may only receive reviews from Couples who have booked them via the platform.  wedBooker encourages all couples to review their suppliers. The more weddings booked, the more reviews obtained. You can learn all about how our Verified Review System works here.

In order to uphold high standards and ensure a fair and equitable marketplace, wedBooker has strict guidelines about the content upload to profiles and communicated with Couples. You can view our Content Policy here.

We promote your business for free because we think you’re amazing. We therefore like to encourage our businesses to offer a “wedBooker exclusive” which is an offer that is only available through our wedBooker platform.  Couples love a little cream on top, or icing on the cake. Show Couples that you are the best venue or supplier for their big day by offering them a little extra something to make them feel special.  Whether it be a bottle of French champagne during their photographs, complimentary eyelash extensions with their makeup, or a small winter discount, couples will truly feel the love from the beginning.
